Large home (3+ bedrooms or over 2,000 sq ft): $500–$700
Photo + Video
Small property: $600–$800
Large property: $900–$1,200
Lifestyle / Add-Ons
Astrophotography night shoot: +$250–$400
Reels/short-form edits: +$150 per deliverable
Editing / Licensing
Basic editing is included.
Advanced edits (sky replacements, etc.): +$50–$100 per image/video clip.
